This data is stored locally on your Mac and is used only to improve convenience within the app.

b. Clipboard Usage

When you copy a symbol or emoji, it is placed into the macOS clipboard. This is a system-level operation handled by macOS and is not transmitted to us or to any external server.

c. Log Data

We do not collect anonymous usage logs, crash reports, analytics data, or other telemetry from the app.

Use of Data

Symbol Scribe does not sell, rent, or share personal information. Any local data stored in the app is used only for app functionality such as favorites, history, or settings on your device.

Third-Party Services

Symbol Scribe does not integrate with advertising networks, analytics providers, or external data collection services. Your data is not shared with third parties.

Data Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the data stored locally on your device. Since Symbol Scribe does not send user data to external servers, the primary protection comes from your device's operating system and local storage security.

User Control

You can delete favorites, recent history, or app settings at any time from the app or your device.
No data is backed up to the cloud by this app.
If you uninstall Symbol Scribe, local app data stored on your device can be removed with the app uninstall process.
